    This report explain the accident involving a Jet Express Service Raytheon (Beechcraft) Super King Air 200 airplane, which crashed near Strasburg, Colorado. The safety issue discussed in this report is the lack of oversight for athletic team and other college-and university sponsored travel. A safety recommendation concerning this issue is addressed to the National Collegiate Athletic Association, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, and the American Council on Education.
